How to Resolve - Adobe Flash Player problem.?

Adobe Flash Player problem.

I have downloaded Adobe Flash 10.3 and everytime I go to play AOL Free Radio I get a screen that says I still need to download Adobe Flash.  I have verified it is there on my system because it shows up when I go to uninstall it, but it doesn't show up
when I go to Start and list All Programs.  I have tried numerous times.  I even uninstalled it and reinstalled.  Help!
