These were Related to
btfilter.sys Windows (R) Win 7 DDK driver from Atheros.
I would install the newest driver available (even if it is from the same data as drivers do become corrupt)

Running System Update Readiness Command

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one. Which may ultimately Solve BSOD in Windows 8.1 ntoskrnl.exe DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE in Windows.

Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
