Calculate date from drop down only is selected

I'm looking to calculate a date 15 days from let's say A1 if A2drop down "YES" selected.
If nothing selected or if "NO" selected don't calculate date.
Any help would be appreciated Thanks :)

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
