I have only been receiving the backup error code 0x80070005 since the Microsoft technician remotely took control of my computer to assist me in installing Service Pack 1 for Windows 7.
Since then, even after trying all the suggested options, I am still
unable to backup my files to the external drive.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
