How to Resolve - ATT&T internet modem.?

ATT&T internet modem.

I have an AT&T Motorola Modem, this is the third one and now it has to be unpluged and plug in again.
 Again this is AT&T when I called them because I pay for this service, they were NOT helpful at all.
 In the past one of their service guys told me that
this was one of the worst and cheapest modem that they could have.
 What can I do??
