Troubleshooting:Averaging a list of values but ignoring the zeros Error

Averaging a list of values but ignoring the zeros

Hi,

I want to calculate what the average is each person, but don't want to include the zeros.
What would my formula look like?

Example of my data:

Column A         Column B
Jack 4
Jack 0
Jack 3
Jill  6
Jill 0
Mark 2

Thank you.
