cannot open Facebook Error: This Page Can't Be Displayed?

It worked fine last night.
Be this morning when I tried it, it wouldn't load.
All other websites load fine.
Any suggestions.
BTW, I tried it on my old computer and it would load either, and it is running a lower version of IE.
