Can't Burn Files to DVD-R with Error Code 0x800703EE

Hi All,
 
I tried to burn files to blank DVD-R (4.7GB), but failed.  It shows "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.  If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.  Error 0x800703EE: The
volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid."  It's so weird that I could burn both DVD-R & CD-R last month, but suddenly it didn't work any more.  I know there were several articles talked about the same issue
on the community.  I followed all those steps, and the problem still exists.  I have tried all the following methods, but failed.  I am using w7 64-bit.  I wish someone could help me here.  I appreciate.
 
1.
no third party burning software, no newly installed software, failed
2.
tried regedit command, no upperfilters or lowerfilters, failed
3.
tried reinstall DVD drive, failed
4.
no latest firmware for optiarc dvd rw ad-7710h, failed
5.
tried different brand DVD-R, failed
6.
tried disable anti-virus, failed
7.
can burn cd, but not dvd, even though its dvd rw drive, failed
8.
tried to burn file one by one, small volume file like 200MB, if accumulate to 1.5G, failed
9.
tried disk cleanup, disk defragmenter, and clean temp file, failed
